Hi Guys! Once I have structured your file, your file will be handed off to the team to start ordering the verifications that we need for your file, send out disclosures and get the Appraisal ordered.
Although my team will have a hand on your file in moving it through the proper channels, I will be the one managing your file to make sure everything runs smoothly and that we meet deadlines. My team will be available to answer most of your questions however any questions pertaining to rates, loan amounts and/or programs,
please contact me directly.
On a personal note, I have been married to my husband Tree for 22 years. Together, we have 5 beautiful children 2 boys and 3 girls. I am a huge Seattle Seahawks fan and grew up playing softball. On my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, watching football and coaching a great group of softball players.

My name is Sandria and I support Amanda and Christina on all files. I will be helping them in getting your file moving through the loan process. On a personal note, I have a 21yr old son. On my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy cooking, Zumba, gardening and almost anything outdoor! I also have a passion for helping others

My name is Karla and I am the Director of First Impressions for the Rawls Team. I am bilingual in Spanish. I will be assisting the team in getting your file moving through the loan process. You may hear from me in regard to getting forms signed, following up with you regarding emails that the team may send you, scheduling your signing appointment for your Loan Docs and being the support that “you” and the team may need. I will also be the one handling all verifications for your file (employment verifications and homeowners insurance updates) and ordering your Appraisal Report.
On a personal note, I love spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I love to go on road trips, hunting down the best food trucks and spending time with our dog, Rocco. I love making a difference in people’s lives and bringing a smile to their faces.
